We used a visa company operated by local people and my wife was refused an entry clearance visa on three separate occasions. They got everything wrong and I paid them over 3,500 pounds. I requested assistance from my MP who only wrote a luke warm response letter to the embassy which was dismissed as unimpressive. I eventually contacted my local newspaper who did a front page spread (photo enclosed). They contacted a British lawyer in Pattaya and requested his assistance. He was very responsive and after viewing the embassies refusal document agreed to take our case. Three weeks later the lawyer called me to inform that he had, that morning secured a two year visa for my wife, and also a work permit for her and the visa was multi entry. I cried down the phone.
